Smart Living in Kensington
Kensington’s distinctive homes call for discreet, design-led technology — from grand period townhouses and elegant mansion apartments to mews houses and high-specification contemporary residences. As a Lutron Gold Dealer serving London, we design bespoke lighting, smart home, home cinema and audio visual systems that complement both the property and the way you live in it. Our London team also covers nearby areas including Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Holland Park and Mayfair.
Lighting design for Kensington homes
Kensington’s period townhouses, elegant apartments and carefully considered renovations call for lighting that’s been properly thought through — not a grid of downlights, but scene-based Lutron lighting that changes the mood of a room from morning to evening, from everyday living to entertaining. As a Lutron Gold Dealer, we design the lighting scheme, produce AutoCAD drawings for your electrician, and programme every scene around how you actually use each room.
Smart home and home cinema
Beyond lighting, we bring heating, audio, security and entertainment under one reliable interface with Control4 or Crestron. For homes with the space, we design dedicated home cinema rooms and media spaces — from a dedicated basement cinema to a family media room in a converted outbuilding.
Why Local Matters
Our London team can survey your property properly, coordinate with your architect or builder on site, and support your system for years after installation — not through a call centre, but through the same team that designed and installed it.
Working with Designers and Architects in Kensington
We work routinely alongside Kensington's interior designers and architects, providing AutoCAD drawings, coordinating through the build programme, and integrating technology discreetly. If you're specifying technology as part of a wider renovation or new build, we're used to working as part of your team.

FAQ
Do you cover all of Kensington?
Yes — Kensington itself, as well as the surrounding areas including Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Holland Park, Mayfair and the wider London area.
Can you work with my architect or interior designer in Kensington?
Routinely. We provide AutoCAD drawings and coordinate directly with your design team through the build process.
Do you offer lighting design as a standalone service?
Yes. While many of our projects combine lighting, cinema and smart home, we're equally happy designing and installing a Lutron lighting scheme on its own — particularly for renovations where lighting is the priority.
How close are you to Kensington?
Our team serves Kensington and the wider London area from our Thorp Arch base, making it straightforward for us to visit your property, coordinate on site and support your system throughout the project.
